The ruins of the Klinger Church are located within the Sachsenhausen municipal boundaries. The church, believed to have been built in the 13th century, belonged to the village of Klingen, which was abandoned after the founding of Sachsenhausen. Today, the foundation walls and one gable wall remain.

The area around the church ruins is now a beautiful, peaceful spot—perfect, for example, for a rest stop during a ride along the Ederbahn Bike Trail.
